Giang Hoang

Giang is an entrepreneur with exceptional leadership and execution capabilities, enabled by her strategic clarity, problem-solving mindset, decisiveness, speed of execution, team building and empowerment.

Most recently, Giang was the former Chief Procurement Officer at Vinfast, where she managed a team of 150+ procurement officers, 1000+ suppliers and + 25,000 car parts. In 2018, Giang established CapitalMogul, a real estate fund pioneering investment on fast-growing coastal cities in Vietnam. From 2016-2018, Giang was Director of Operation at Topica Native, where she was in charge of building the pedagogical framework and teaching materials for 30,000+ monthly active users. From 2010-2016, Giang was a diplomatic officer at the ASEAN Department, Foreign Ministry of Viet Nam.

Giang received the Fulbright Scholarship and graduated from Harvard University, Kennedy School of Government, with a Masters in Public Policy (2015).
